Dashen Opticians is an optical retail business operating in Accra, Ghana, with branches at Asylum Down, North Ridge, East Legon, Spintex, and Cantonments. This online store is operated to allow customers to browse and purchase eyewear and optical products.
All products displayed on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual product colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.
Prices are displayed in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. The price displayed at the time of your order confirmation is the price you will be charged.
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation from us.
We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard), MTN Mobile Money, Telecel Cash, and AT Money. All payments are processed securely. We do not store your card details.
For card payments, your order is created only after payment is successfully verified with the payment provider. For cash-on-delivery orders, payment is due at the time of delivery or collection.
We deliver within Accra. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., traffic, weather, public holidays).
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

Customers ordering prescription lenses are responsible for providing a valid, current prescription issued by a licensed optometrist or ophthalmologist. Dashen Opticians is not liable for any discomfort or damage resulting from an incorrect or expired prescription provided by the customer.
We recommend an eye examination at one of our branches before ordering prescription eyewear online.
All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of Dashen Opticians or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dashen Opticians shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any products purchased through it. Our total liability in relation to any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
