Orders & Delivery

How do I place an order online?

Browse our product catalogue, select the frame or product you want, choose your variant, and add it to your cart. Proceed to checkout, fill in your delivery details, and select a payment method. You will receive an order confirmation once your order is placed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept card payments (Visa and Mastercard), MTN Mobile Money, Telecel Cash, and AT Money. All transactions are processed securely.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery within Accra typically takes 1–3 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 PM on business days are usually processed the same day. You will receive a notification when your order is on its way.

Can I pick up my order in-store?

Yes. During checkout you can opt for in-store collection at any of our five branches — Asylum Down, North Ridge, East Legon, Spintex, or Cantonments. Your order will be ready within 1 business day.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is confirmed, you can view its status by visiting the Orders page and signing in with the phone number or email you used at checkout.

Products & Prescriptions

Can I get prescription lenses fitted to frames I buy online?

Yes. Simply visit any of our branches with your valid prescription and the frame you purchased and our opticians will fit prescription lenses for you.

Do I need a prescription to buy sunglasses or non-prescription frames?

No. Non-prescription frames and sunglasses can be purchased freely without any prescription.

How do I know my frame size?

Frame size details (lens width, bridge width, and temple length) are listed on each product page. Your current glasses also have these measurements printed on the inside of the temple arm. Our in-store staff are always happy to help you find the right fit.

Are your products covered by a warranty?

Yes. Frames and lenses purchased from Dashen Opticians carry a manufacturer warranty against defects. Warranty periods vary by brand — please ask in-store or contact us for details on a specific product.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unused, undamaged products in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Prescription lenses cannot be returned once they have been cut and fitted. Please see our full Refund Policy for details.

How do I initiate a return?

Contact us at any branch or call your nearest branch to initiate a return. You will need your order number and proof of purchase.

When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to the original payment method. Mobile money refunds may reflect sooner.

Account & Privacy

Do I need to create an account to shop?

No. You can place orders as a guest. However, creating an account lets you view your order history and track deliveries more easily.

How do I sign in?

We use a simple OTP (one-time password) login. Enter your phone number or email, and we will send you a verification code to sign in — no password required.

How do you handle my personal data?

We collect only the information needed to process your orders and provide our services. Your data is never sold to third parties. Please review our Terms of Service for full details on data handling.
