Yes. Simply visit any of our branches with your valid prescription and the frame you purchased and our opticians will fit prescription lenses for you.
No. Non-prescription frames and sunglasses can be purchased freely without any prescription.
Frame size details (lens width, bridge width, and temple length) are listed on each product page. Your current glasses also have these measurements printed on the inside of the temple arm. Our in-store staff are always happy to help you find the right fit.
Yes. Frames and lenses purchased from Dashen Opticians carry a manufacturer warranty against defects. Warranty periods vary by brand — please ask in-store or contact us for details on a specific product.
We accept returns of unused, undamaged products in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Prescription lenses cannot be returned once they have been cut and fitted. Please see our full Refund Policy for details.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to the original payment method. Mobile money refunds may reflect sooner.
